networkに繋いだり切ったりして名前が変わる場合使えない。

linuxのnotePCのdisplayのbacklightをoffにする。

$ xset dpms force off
VESAではoffでなくsuspend/standbyでも動作は同じ。
単に黒くなるだけでbacklightがoffになっていないかもしれない。斜めにして端の方から光が見えるとbacklightがoffになっていない。その場合は
$ xset +dpms
か
$ xset -dpms
が必要かもしれない。
私のlinuxでは何回かxset +dpms/-dpms,xset dpms force offをするとようやくbacklightが切れる。
